An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Once we hand over your package to our courier partners, it is beyond our control. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at handfreedom.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim, as they typically have processes in place for such situations. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide updates.
Please be aware that Handfreedom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found.
In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package. If the package is still unaccounted for, we recommend filing a police report.
